Terms & Conditions of Use we1ein

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and we1ein ("Company", "we", "us"). This agreement comes into effect as soon as you complete the registration process or use any service offered by we1ein.

By using the we1ein platform, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be bound by all provisions set out herein.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and are not acting under duress from any party.

To register and use the we1ein platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. we1ein takes the protection of minors seriously and enforces strict age verification.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming activity is permitted. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of this platform is lawful in your location.
• One Account: Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at we1ein. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account termination.
• Non-we1ein Employees: we1ein employees, contractors, immediate family members, and business partners are not permitted to register as playing members.

We1ein reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with these eligibility requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or termination.

Your we1ein account is personal and exclusively yours. You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place under your account.

• Password Confidentiality: You must keep your account password confidential and must not share your login details with any other party, including family members.
• Two-Factor Authentication (2FA): we1ein recommends enabling 2FA for added security. Accounts with 2FA activated receive stronger protection.
• Immediate Reporting: If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must report it to the we1ein support team immediately.
• Account Activity: we1ein is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

We1ein uses SSL 256-bit encryption to protect all your personal data and financial transactions. Our security monitoring system operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to detect and prevent any suspicious activity.

We1ein supports legitimate and recognised payment methods in Malaysia. All transactions must be made using a name that matches your verified we1ein account.

• Withdrawals via FPX may take up to 1 business day
• All bonuses must meet the wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit

We1ein offers its members a wide range of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms outlined on the relevant promotions page. The following general conditions apply to all we1ein bonuses:

• Wagering Requirement: All deposit bonuses carry a wagering requirement of between 5x and 30x, depending on the bonus type. Exact requirements are stated in each promotional offer.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Any bonus not used within that period will expire automatically.
• One Active Bonus at a Time: Only one active bonus is permitted at a time unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonus Bet Limit: While using bonus funds, the maximum bet limit is RM 20 per spin or bet unless otherwise specified.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat and roulette may contribute at a different rate.

We1ein reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse or fraud. we1ein's decision in such matters is final.

All games offered on the we1ein platform — including slots, baccarat, roulette, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and lottery — are operated in accordance with established rules and independently audited.

• Game Fairness: All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by an independent body to ensure the fairness and unpredictability of game outcomes.
• Odds & Payout: The return-to-player (RTP) rate for each slots game is stated in the respective game details. For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply.
• Technical Disruption: In the event of a technical disruption during a gaming session, we1ein will endeavour to restore the state to the last verified position. If restoration is not possible, affected bets may be voided and funds returned.
• Sports Betting: All sports betting outcomes are determined by official results from recognised sporting bodies. we1ein reserves the right to void any bet should irregularities occur in the relevant event.
• Lottery & 4D: Lottery bets cannot be cancelled once confirmed. 4D lottery winnings are calculated based on the official numbers announced by the relevant lottery operator.

All disputes relating to game outcomes must be reported within 48 hours of the result being published. Reports submitted after this period will not be considered.

We1ein players are expected to conduct themselves responsibly and with respect for all parties. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and/or legal action:

• Using any software, bots, automation, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Colluding with other players to cheat the platform or other players (collusion).
• Conducting any transaction related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities.
• Registering multiple accounts to obtain additional bonuses or benefits.
• Using another person's identity or payment details without their authorised consent.
• Abusing the dispute or chargeback process to obtain unauthorised gains.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward we1ein staff or other players.
• Attempting to access areas of the platform you are not authorised to use.

We1ein employs advanced detection systems to identify suspicious behaviour. Accounts suspected of fraudulent activity will be suspended immediately while an investigation is carried out.

We1ein reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform.
• Failure to verify your identity or source of funds when requested.
• Use of an account by a minor.
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the player.

Players may also close their account at any time by contacting the we1ein customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in the account will be returned once all conditions are met and the verification process is completed within 7 business days.

If an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, we1ein reserves the right to withhold any remaining funds in that account, subject to the circumstances and outcome of an internal investigation.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we1ein is not liable for:

• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on our platform.
• Service disruptions caused by system maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses arising from a player's own negligence in safeguarding their account.
• The accuracy or availability of information provided by third parties on our platform.

The we1ein platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties. we1ein does not guarantee that the platform will always be error-free or available without interruption. That said, we are committed to delivering the most stable and reliable service possible at all times.

We1ein's maximum total liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by that member in the 30 days preceding the date the claim arises.

We1ein reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on this website.

We will endeavour to notify members of material changes through:

• In-platform notice upon login
• Email notification to your registered address
• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document

Your continued use of the we1ein platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation before being referred to any dispute resolution body.
